Upscale, classy steakhouse located in downtown San Francisco! Came here for my boyfriend's dad's birthday and had such delicious food
Appetizers:
Truffle fries: It was my first time having truffle fries and I absolutely loved them! The fries were so crispy and fresh. Lightly salted, they were perfect with the Sriracha aioli dipping sauce.
Shigoku oysters: I was pretty excited to try this because raw oysters are my favorite. The garnishes was a bit too much for me and covered up the natural flavor of the oyster. However, I did enjoy the caviar on top.
Main Course:
Dry Aged Bone-In NY (22 oz): Woooo! After devouring so many appetizers, I barely had room for this steak, but it was extremely delicious. As usual, I ordered the steak medium rare, and it was so juicy and flavorful! The bacon jam was paired perfectly because it was slightly sweet and contrasted well from the savory steak. The egg was the cherry on top and cooked sous-vide.
Desserts:
Profiteroles: Best creme puffs I've ever had. The coffee ice cream was delightful and not too sweet. The berry cream was tasty and the texture was very interesting!
The dinner was so filling since we ordered so much food. I'm pretty sure I gained a few pounds that night! The servers were extremely nice and accommodated us well. They even provided complimentary slice of cake since we mentioned there was a birthday. Overall, I had a great experience here and would love to come again!
Until next time!
